Group Vows to End Chronic Homelessness
The Taskforce say homelessness will be a thing of the past in ten years. Guilford County, NC -- Every year community activists get together and count how many homeless people there are in Guilford County.
They say it may seem the problem is too big to overcome, but a new task force is vowing to stop chronic homelessness.
